How long is the standard rental?
The standard rental period is two weeks, giving you plenty of time to pack, move, and settle in.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Extra weeks are $40 for the Apartment package, $60 for the Home package, and $80 for the Large package. Contact us before pickup so we can confirm availability.
Are stairs and elevators okay for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Please tell us about stairs or elevator access when reserving so we can plan safe, efficient delivery and pickup. If you'd like our help with stairs, there's a $10 fee per flight. If you carry the totes up or down yourself, there's no charge.
What happens if a tote is damaged?
Normal wear is expected. Please report any significant damage promptly; we review it fairly and will explain any replacement charge before billing.
Can I reschedule my delivery or pickup?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule based on route and inventory availability.
